Joseph P. Bryant

Joe is principal broker/auctioneer and owner of Bryant Realty & Auction Co. The business was started in April of 1981.
Joe was born and raised in Cumberland County and since he is a hunting fanatic, he knows most every inch of the county.
Joe enjoys hunting and fishing and outdoor sports with his two sons, Chad and Ryan.

Jeremy Wright

Jeremy came on board in 1996 as a sales associate. He is now a broker and auctioneer for Bryant Realty.

Jeremy is a native of Cumberland County. He and his wife, Devona, have two children, Jade and Summer.

Sales Associate

Ryan was a Sales Associate with Century 21 in Bowling Green and moved home to help his Dad in 2000.

Dennis Smith

Sales Associate

Dennis Smith is a Sales Associate who has lived in Cumberland County all his life (minus college) and currently works afternoons and weekends around his position as a school administrator for the Cumberland County Schools.  Dennis is married to Dorothy and they have two children, Jacob and Eliza.  You can reach Dennis at 270-406-3302.

Jo Bryant

Jo works as a Sales Associate and joined the firm in 2005 along side her husband, Col. Joe Bryant owner of Bryant Realty and Auction Co.  She also works at Cumberland Co. Hospital as an Accountant/Director of the Accounts Payable Dept. since 1993.  Jo is a native of Barren County and lived in the Temple Hill area most of her life before moving to Cumberland County.  She has two children who reside in Barren County, Shane and Chastity.  Jo and Col. Tammy Pedigo

 Tammy is a former advertising sales associate with The Glasgow Daily Times and is a lifelong resident of Barren County along with her husband, Jeff Pedigo and their children, Brooklyn, Morgan, and Zebulan.  They are the owners of Pedigo's Drive-In located in Glasgow. Call Tammy at (270) 576-5105.
